Creating a new account: 

To create a new member account with Nixie, click on the sign in/register link and then click on register. Input your information and make an ID and password for your account.

Creating a new account: for Professional Make-up Artists only

Professional makeup artists must click on the makeup artist link on the top right of the page to register. If you are a make up artist, you can sign up and get special offers and discounts. (You must fax or mail us a copy of your license to prove that you are a make up artist and then your account will be activated.) Note: Your ID and password will be case sensitive so please remember that when you are attempting to log on.

To start shopping click on colors, professionals, skincare, or tools and accessories. Use the scroll down window or click view shades to see all the shades. Put the amount you want in the box next to the shade or multiple shades and click add to bag at the bottom of your screen. This adds items to your shopping bag.

When you want to look over which items you have chosen to purchase click on the Shopping Bag link near the middle right of the page. You can change the amount ordered and delete items. To change the amount of each item put the number of the items desired and click edit. To continue with the purchase you click check out now. (If your order is over $100 you will not be charged for shipping: continental US only, Hawaii and Alaska are not included.)

Product Availability:

Rarely will we be out of stock on certain items and they will be temporarily unavailable. We will fill the orders that are made but there will be a delay in the delivery. When this happens we will notify the customer via phone call and email.

Select color online:

This site is best viewed with Netscape or Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and at least a resolution setting of 800 x 600. Please note that monitors display different colors depending on settings.

Ordering Online

Order online:

Follow the directions to shopping online and click check out now in the shopping bag. Input information and pay with credit card. Print a copy of the order page for your records. You will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase on the website. When your order is shipped out you will receive an e-mail with your tracking order number. With the tracking order number you can keep track of your package at the delivery service's homepage.

Checkout process:

Sign in if you are a returning customer using the ID and password you chose. If you have not made an account with us click on Sign-in/register and make an account.

Customer billing information must match the credit card's billing address in order for you to make purchases on the website. Fill out customer shipping information if you want your purchase to be delivered somewhere besides your billing address. If no address is entered in customer shipping information than your purchase will be mailed to your billing address.

Payment with credit card is done after you review your purchase items and billing address. After putting in your credit card information click submit. (Purchases over $100 do not get charged for shipping.)

Payment methods and returns:

At www.nixiecosmetics.com we only accept payments by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

Your Billing address for your credit card must match the address given or the order may not be accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match the above criteria.

We cannot accept orders with billing addresses outside the U.S. at this time.

Sales tax:

We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipping to the states of California (8.25%). We are required by state laws to charge the sales tax after shipping and handling have been added to the total purchase. Order confirmation and tracking packages:

After making a purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail with purchase information. When your order has a tracking number assigned to it you will be e-mailed the number. With the tracking number you can view delivery status and expected delivery date. You can also view the status of your purchase on www.nixiecosmetics.com, click on order status with your order number to check information. Please note that your tracking number will only be active after your shipping has been confirmed.

Canceling and modifying orders:

If your order has already been completed please call 213-748-5644 to cancel or change your order before it has been shipped out. If the package has already been shipped you may just return the package for a refund.

Orders will be processed in 3 or less business days. If your order has been made on a weekend or holiday it will be processed the following business day.

Shipping and returns

Shipping terms and restrictions:

Orders to Nixie Cosmetics can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.

Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday- Friday, excluding all major holidays.

Shipping confirmation:

When an order is made you will receive a confirmation of that order through an e-mail and when the order is shipped out you will receive another e-mail with your shipping number for easy tracking.

Shipping to third party:

We accept orders to third parties as long as the billing address matches the credit card address and the third party resides in the United States.

Return Policy and exchanges:

If you are unsatisfied with a product, return the unused portion in the packaging box within 30 days of receiving the package. Please include details of the reasons why you want a refund. We will either refund your account for the full amount of the purchase or make an exchange for any products at Nixiecosmetics.com. Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded. We accept returns from orders made only at www.Nixiecosmetics.com. Purchases made at a Nixie store or partnered retail location cannot be returned at www.Nixiecosmetics.com.
